HAND SELECTED – Before being packed in a resealable pouch, each clove is hand-selected, and we ensure that over 90% of the cloves in the packet have a clove head.
SUN-DRIED — Instead of drying in two hours using a drying machine, we employ a traditional way of sun drying that does not require a very hot sun and takes at least 72 hours. As a result, it maintains a high oil content and a dark brown color.
NON-GMO, GLUTEN-FREE, AND NON-IRAADOATED – Sourced from organically grown trees in the country’s central region.
CULINARY APPLICATIONS – Teas, baking, roasting, spice rubs, pickling, soups, barbecue sauces, and as a curry powder ingredient

Clove’s warm and sweet aroma comes from the essential oil Eugenol. Anthony’s Organic Cloves are whole, non-GMO, and gluten-free, and are hand-selected.
