Microwave Preparation – Cooking from Frozen
Allow steam to escape by lifting the corners of the film. In the microwave, place the tray.
Microwave for 3–4 minutes on high.
The tray will be quite hot, so proceed with caution. Pull the film almost all the way back.
Stir the contents, then cover and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Remove the film and whisk in the ingredients before serving with rice, naan, roti, or bread.
Cooking from Frozen in a Convection Oven
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Allow steam to escape by lifting the corners of the film. Place the tray on a baking sheet or tray in the centre of the oven. Remove the plastic film from the tray but leave it in place.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes.
The tray will be quite hot, so proceed with caution. Pull the film almost all the way back.
Stir the contents, then cover and heat for another 5–10 minutes.
Remove the film and whisk in the ingredients before serving with rice, naan, roti, or bread.
