we’re not in the business of making chai that tastes like potpourri. We think chai should taste like it does on the streets of India: heavier on the ginger and cardamom, lighter on the cinnamon. Usage instructions: Make a cup of black tea as you like (we enjoy generous dollops of cream and sugar) and add our chai masala to your desired strength. But, also, try it mixed into pastries like cookies and muffins. It’s versatile and delicious.
